Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet commercial objectives and broaden the customer base.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor movements to uncover potential opportunities and leads.
  • Interact with clients through various communication methods, including email, calls, and meetings.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with current members by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Customer Success Reporting: Deliver regular commercial insights and analyses to guide the sales strategy and track engagement and performance against targets.
  • Effectively manage and refresh customer information within the CRM system.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer success capacity.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
