As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development, execution, and evaluation of our marketing initiatives throughout the customer journey. This position involves recommending data-driven enhancements, content improvements, and creative solutions to foster revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and improve overall customer experience. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including customer service, marketing, design, and trading, to identify effective campaign strategies and target demographics. Additionally, you will liaise with external partners to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our marketing campaigns in alignment with established performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist your line manager in executing the CRM strategy to achieve customer engagement and profitability objectives, collaborating across departments such as customer service, marketing, and trading.
  • Plan, initiate, and oversee campaign execution (both one-time and recurring) utilizing various marketing automation tools, including real-time personalization techniques.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure the effective management of the HTML process, ensuring compliance with templates and copy, while obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Address communication issues on a daily basis, promptly identifying deliverability challenges and assisting in their resolution.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a testing and learning framework. Analyze campaign performance, including regular reporting tasks.
  • Provide project support, leading meetings as necessary and following up on action items.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM campaigns or 2 years in a related digital marketing role with hands-on experience in email campaign execution (either agency or client-side).
  • Relevant experience in creating, testing, and deploying emails and SMS, including segmentation and briefing targeting criteria.
  • Understanding of email automation platforms.
  • Practical experience in analyzing data sets and presenting insights.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, content management, and visual selection, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in hybrid working environments with effective online stakeholder engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A confident team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships to achieve objectives.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational abilities.
