As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel CRM strategy to engage customers with personalized, targeted, and relevant marketing communications across all life-cycle stages.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a multi-channel CRM strategy to engage customers with personalized marketing communications
- Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to ensure effective and timely end-to-end operational delivery of CRM programs
- Monitor and own customer marketing KPIs and CRM campaign impact; identifying opportunities to optimize, automate, and scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM initiatives
- 4+ years of proven experience working exclusively within CRM and B2C Marketing
- Proven track record in working with databases and user segmentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management with the ability to manage and prioritize projects
- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior members of staff
