Position Overview
GTCO is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer interaction and loyalty through advanced CRM methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer-centric marketing and a keen interest in leveraging technology for business growth.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Develop and implement CRM initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze customer databases to initiate targeted marketing efforts that drive customer activation and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various CRM inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of CRM strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of content for CRM engagement platforms, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Respond efficiently to ad-hoc requests and adapt to changing market dynamics, ensuring timely project completion.


Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; additional credentials in digital marketing or CRM are advantageous.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in email marketing or customer retention strategies, particularly in enhancing customer engagement.
  • Basic understanding of the roles and functions within a marketing department.
  • Strong interest in the crypto/Web3 sector, with the ability to engage confidently with the community.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a curiosity for CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and email marketing services.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the capability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-driven and proactive with strong execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
