Position Overview


The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will play a crucial role within the marketing team, innovatively engaging with customers and exploring new strategies to enhance revenue.

This position provides the chance to be inventive with both content and analytics, contributing to and refining customer engagement strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure timely preparation of campaigns filled with captivating content.
  • Assist in developing exciting initiatives and projects, including automated customer lifecycle programs.
  • Oversee the customer database and leverage features of the CRM platform to enhance personalization and deliver more relevant communications.
  • Suggest innovative testing initiatives aimed at boosting customer engagement and driving sales.

Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate for this Customer Relationship Management Specialist position will be a proficient and imaginative email marketer and adept copywriter with experience in crafting B2C communications, preferably within a retail context.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with email service providers (ESP) or customer data platforms (CDP) such as Ometria, Braze, or Klaviyo.
  • Results-oriented with a comfort in working towards commercial objectives.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating precise reports.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic and diverse workload, prioritize effectively, maintain composure under pressure, and possess a great sense of humor.
