Job Summary
Oscar, a leading solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join their marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maximizing engagement and retention rates for memberships.
About the Role
- Briefing, building, and testing email campaigns according to the campaign schedule
- Working with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to plan the contents of weekly emails
- Collaborating with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
- Assisting in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a CRM role
- Experience handling customer data
- Knowledge of an ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, DotDigital, Iterable) is advantageous
