About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Managing medications and administering treatments as required.
  • Supporting clients with social interactions and maintaining their mental wellbeing.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding care outcomes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • 6 months' experience in a care setting within the past 3 years.
  • A good understanding of care equipment and handling techniques.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
