As a skilled adult care specialist at iPeople Solutions, you will be working closely with various adult groups in Cornwall, including those with learning disabilities and older age individuals.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, reviews, and support planning to ensure the best outcomes for the clients in their local communities.

We require an experienced registered social worker with extensive experience in undertaking assessments, reviews, and support planning.

The salary for this position is £32,000 per annum (based on 37 hours FTE), which reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality adult care services.

We offer a dynamic work environment where you can utilize your expertise in Microsoft Teams and Mosaic to drive positive change.

This role requires adherence to Government guidelines regarding Covid-19 vaccinations to enter CQC registered care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake assessments, reviews, and support planning for adult clients
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with clients, families, and community organizations
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams and Mosaic to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures
