We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Adult Support Worker to join our team in the Independence and Wellbeing Service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable adults, including those with learning disabilities and older adults.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have experience utilizing Microsoft Teams and Mosaic software, and be familiar with best practices in social care.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated salary: £32,909 - £43,041 (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time schedule: 37 hours per week
  • Three-month trial period
