Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Newcastle. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent and exceptional account management, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to retain and grow client revenue
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Recruit new clients and build relationships to expand the business
Requirements
  • Proven track record in high-volume B2B sales, with experience in consultative selling and closing skills
  • Excellent CRM skills, particularly with Salesforce
  • Exceptional contract negotiation skills, with ability to manage dynamic business needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel regularly
