SLA Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SLA Compliance Specialist to join our team at eTeam. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all services delivered meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service quality and reduce non-compliance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and gather feedback to enhance the SLA process.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend and implement process enhancements, tools, or technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications desired
  • Experience in various analytical/reporting techniques supported by understanding of statistics and quality management concepts
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Strong understanding of service management principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
