Technical Sales Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team at CV-Library. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to customers, generating quotations and proposals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and guidance on compressed air related product selection to customers.
- Generate and provide quotations and proposals for compressed air systems and associated mechanical engineering products.
- Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer Services.
- Learn all aspects of administration, including order processing, invoicing, and checking order confirmations.
- Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or technical background associated with engineering.
- Full training is provided, but having previously sold an engineering product or having a background in engineering is beneficial.
- Compressor Service Engineer looking to transition into a technical sales role are encouraged to apply.
- Technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering equipment is advantageous but not essential.
- Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree in engineering would be beneficial.
