We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Commercis Plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a portfolio of existing customers and warm sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve profitable sales growth.
  • Understand customer business needs and sell relevant solutions to assigned customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account decision makers.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all sales matters specific to assigned customers.
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales funnel information in the CRM system.
  • Compile and present accurate account plans and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong selling, business relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of technologies such as fibre connectivity, VSat, networking, microwave, and wireless connectivity.
  • One or more relevant certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or Mikrotik.
  • Previous experience in technical sales or account management.
  • Ability to propose and sell technical solutions to B2B customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
