Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Commercis Plc, based in our London Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth within a given portfolio of existing customers and warm sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer business needs and sell appropriate innovative and tailored solutions and propositions.
  • Coordinate winning responses to tenders.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the territory and collaborate with technical teams and other internal teams to sell solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors within key accounts in your territory.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all sales matters specific to assigned customers.
  • Take appropriate action to ensure timely and successful delivery of sales orders.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales funnel information within the company's CRM system.
  • Compile and present accurate account plans and sales forecasts.
  • Contribute to the continuing development of our global sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working for a B2B ISP or telecommunications solutions provider.
  • Strong selling, business relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • A good understanding of two or more of the following technologies: Fibre connectivity, VSat, networking, microwave, and wireless connectivity.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Cisco, Microsoft, Mikrotik, etc.
  • Previous experience working in technical sales or account management.
  • Comfortable talking to C-level.
  • Ability to propose and sell technical solutions to B2B customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good technical problem-solving skills.
  • Available to start immediately or on short notice period.
