Housing Pathways Support Specialist

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the Housing Pathways Team, working with individuals who have experienced homelessness. You will be responsible for managing the Rough Sleeper Initiative and Intensive Housing Management teams, while also supporting the development of new services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering supported housing services, strong housing management knowledge, and a passion for creating trauma-informed services. A salary of £38,850 per annum (37 hours) is available for this role, based at our dockside offices in Preston.
