About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join our team at Brookhaven and The Hamptons. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service, providing essential care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting recovery and improving the quality of life for service users
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings
  • Active NMC registration
  • Knowledge of current legislation
  • Holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £33,000 - £43,667 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including paid NMC registration, access to learning and development opportunities, and a Company Workplace Pension Scheme.
