Autism Recovery Specialist

This is a full-time role; 25 hours per week on a rota basis. Shifts include days, evenings, sleep-ins and weekends. You will be based at one site, although there may be opportunities to travel to other schemes across the business.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing care to people with mental health support needs, although full training will be given to enable you to provide recovery-focused, person-centred support for our clients to live as independently as possible within the community.
You will already have an understanding of the needs of people living with mental health and its effects, the willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good I.T. skills, including word, databases and written communication. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
