About the RoleWe are recruiting a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improving their overall well-being.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting independence and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities- Support daily living tasks and promote independence in individuals with mental health needs
- Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with the care team
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting confidence and self-esteem
- Collaborate with colleagues to review support plans and ensure continuity of care
