Salary:£28 per hour, including paid breaks, plus a £2,000 Welcome Bonus.
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Brookhaven and The Hamptons, located in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service, providing essential care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting recovery and improving the quality of life for service users
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
• Conduct risk assessments and write care plans that promote independence and well-being
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- • Experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings
• An active NMC registration
• A holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
