Pathway Housing Support and Development Specialist

Community Gateway Association is committed to providing high-quality support services to individuals who are at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping. As a Housing Pathways Support Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering these services, working closely with colleagues to develop person-centred approaches that promote independence and wellbeing.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in supported housing services and strong housing management knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the RSI and IHM teams, working collaboratively with colleagues to identify new opportunities and explore innovative solutions to benefit our communities.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for tenants, with a strong understanding of safeguarding awareness and knowledge. A competitive salary of £38,850 per annum (37 hours) is on offer, along with a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, free parking, health cash-plan, and reward and recognition scheme.
