We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Pathways Support Manager to join our team at Community Gateway Association in Preston. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering supported housing services and working closely with colleagues to develop trauma-informed services that promote independence and personal wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, with a strong understanding of safeguarding awareness and knowledge. You will be responsible for managing the RSI and IHM teams, working collaboratively with colleagues to identify new opportunities and explore innovative solutions to benefit our communities.

A competitive salary of £38,850 per annum (37 hours) is on offer, along with a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, free parking, health cash-plan, and reward and recognition scheme. We value diversity and welcome applications from candidates from diverse backgrounds.
