ROLE SUMMARY
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award-winning fleet and mobility services business as a key member of our team.
FIELD BASED LOCATION
- The role is field based / working from home.
- Typical diary pattern combining virtual meetings and on site meetings at customer and company offices / sites.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The core purpose of this role is to:
- Lead the day to day account management of a portfolio of accounts with a focus on both service delivery and extension selling.
- Manage all aspects of the commercial client relationships and delivery across all services provided.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Integration of new services being provided to customers, from customer sign off to deployment.
- Creating, maintaining and reporting on development plans for the customer portfolio, identifying areas of potential growth and where any threats to account loss exist.
- Management of all volume / financial / service KPI's.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years experience in account management roles for a provider of B2B services that are either vehicle fleet management solutions, vehicle fleet contract hire/leasing, rental, accident management, facilities management or other B2B services.
- Client driven with a proven record of accomplishment in building long-term relationships, account retention and account growth.
- Proven in the ability to manage multiple relatively complex, inter-related, group services to clients of significant size.
- Ability to anticipate and spot client issues or service delivery problems as they arise and before they become visible or significant.
- Proven record of operating as part of a team to deliver excellent client service, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
- Uncapped bonus scheme delivering circa £10-15k at target level.
