Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of complaints.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that complaints are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the complaint resolution process.

Requirements

  • FCA working knowledge and understanding is essential for the role.
  • Complaints experience in an office-based role is essential.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
