We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at NHBC. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of complaints.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that complaints are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the complaint resolution process.
Requirements
- FCA working knowledge and understanding is essential for the role.
- Complaints experience in an office-based role is essential.
- Computer literate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
