About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Consumer Affairs & Consumer Support teams, overseeing the implementation of risk-based quality assurance programmes and guaranteeing excellent consumer outcomes across the customer journey.
The ideal candidate will set and manage NHBC's Vulnerable Customer strategy, ensuring delivery of tailored support and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to implement learnings that enhance consumer experience.
The successful candidate will also act as a key liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth communication and accurate reporting.
