Job Description

As a Claims Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while handling claims and resolving queries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Process customer insurance claims while maintaining accurate records
  • Apply efficient cost control measures to optimize business outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards and regulations

This role comes with a competitive salary range of £18k-£20k per annum (DOE), 22 days annual leave increasing by 1 day for every full year up to a max of 25 days, bonus scheme, qualification sponsorship, employee Assistance Programme, and more.
