Customer Service Manager

In this exciting role as a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You will oversee quality control, handle escalated complaints, and provide training to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in complaint resolution, IT skills, and team leadership. They will also be proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
This is a permanent position with a salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, depending on location. You will also enjoy a 35-hour working week, hybrid working with 2-3 days from home, 24 days holiday, and a company-contributed pension scheme.
