Job Description

A dynamic and experienced professional is required to lead the Customer Service team at New Era Cap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-centric leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Customer Service team based in Milton Keynes, as well as working closely with subsidiary offices in Germany, Spain, Italy, and France.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively balance customer needs with business requirements. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this position.

About the Role:

  • Manage and support the Customer Service team
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Build strong relationships with Country Managers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT, Credit Control, and other departments to ensure seamless operations

  • Experience with SAP and BI systems

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
