We are seeking an experienced Retail Transformation Leader to join our team as a Customer Service Excellence Director. In this role, you will be responsible for using all available data and MI to identify commercial, visual, cost savings, and customer opportunities to increase profit. You will also create the right culture and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and KPIs across the store.
Main Responsibilities:
