Role Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Director to join our front office team at Stadium MK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the reception team, driving exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming welcome.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional guest service and drive departmental guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to maintain good working relationships across the hotel and with external suppliers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental training programs, ensuring that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
