Order Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Order Administrator to join our team in Quedgeley, Gloucester. Our client is a leading company in their sector, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and staff retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with customers to resolve order-related queries
- Enter and process delivery notes and shipments
- Prepare daily sales and despatch reports
- Manage customer invoicing and payments
- Assist with general office administration tasks
While previous office experience is beneficial, full training will be provided. If you have a background in retail or hospitality, we encourage you to apply.
Working Hours and Benefits:- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Up to £25,145 per annum
- Yearly bonus
