Order Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Order Administrator to join our team in Quedgeley, Gloucester. Our client is a leading company in their sector, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and staff retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with customers to resolve order-related queries
  • Enter and process delivery notes and shipments
  • Prepare daily sales and despatch reports
  • Manage customer invoicing and payments
  • Assist with general office administration tasks

While previous office experience is beneficial, full training will be provided. If you have a background in retail or hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Up to £25,145 per annum
  • Yearly bonus
