Our client based in Quedgeley are creators of exclusive furnishing fabrics for domestic and commercial interiors. Between them and the co-owning company they export to Europe, Africa & the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East They currently have an opportunity for a permanent Client Key Administrator to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and working closely with all internal departments and external sales you will be responsible for managing all key accounts to ensure they are receiving exceptional levels of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall day-to-day coordination of the key accounts function.
- Managing the setup and onboarding of new accounts
- Handle and resolve all customer issues, escalations and disputes (Including Credit approvals) in line with company policy and ensure continuous improvement in our processes to prevent reoccurrence.
- Liaising directly with UK carriers on daily issues / claims / lost parcels
- Processing all forms of customer orders including fabric, samples and cuttings
- Provide creative assistance and advice to customers through product knowledge excellence
- Ensuring all customer information is kept up to date and stored in line with company policy’s
- Any other tasks given to you by the Senior management team
- Previous customer service/administration experience
- A professional, pro-active and can-do attitude
- A quick learner, able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail

**Salary** - Up to £26,000 + Quarterly bonus

**Hours** - Monday - Friday - 8.45am - 5pm
