Job Title**:Sales Administrator**

Responsible to**:Sales Director**

Objectives**:Administration of defined sales activities.**

Responsibilities and accountability:

- Maintain sales records and provide full support to all sales related activities, including housekeeping of (V:) sales drive and all associated folders.
- Assist in the processing of customer sales enquires, customer orders and completing corresponding paperwork.
- Process project orders, creating job numbers and liaising with the team, Log project files and manage storage of completed files.
- Prepare quotations and associated costs for spares.
- Purchase and manage spares orders.
- Answering switchboard, taking messages and passing through to relevant dept.
- Maintain PPE records, stock control, ordering and distribution.
- Maintain training log and arrange necessary training course bookings.
- Control of facilities maintenance. Dealing with 3rd party companies and managing renewal of contracts.
- Responsibility of pool cars, ensuring MOT and services are up to date. Log car bookings for colleague use.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements.
- Coordinate all transport arrangements, export work, packing and associated documentation.
- Other general office duties and administration deemed appropriate by the Directors.
- Must be conversant with Microsoft packages such as outlook, excel and word.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quedgeley, GL2 4NF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
