Customer Service Administrator

My client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract which is likely to go permanent.
**Responsibilities/Duties;**
- Take & Process Sales orders
- Handle customer enquiries regarding deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing, product specifications etc.
- Raise Credit Notes
- Promoting offers when dealing with a customer to maximise sales
- Carrier queries & POD queries
- Develop good communication processes both with internal teams across the group and external business partners
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a good calm telephone manner
- Computer literate with Microsoft Package such as excel, word and outlook
- Have a pro-active approach to the business
- Good customer service background preferred
**Hours-** Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
**Salary**:
- £20,000
