Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at RE People. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key part in the company's future growth by coordinating project work, managing multiple projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage project and technical documentation
  • Manage multiple projects, including reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and placing orders for products and services
  • Oversee in-house engineering design, including mould tooling and project approval
  • Coordinate logistics, including company and third-party arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Conduct site visits, coordinating personnel, and reviewing documentation

Requirements:

  • Proficient in coordinating project work, both in-house and off-site
  • Experienced in purchasing, expediting, and logistics
  • Strong, concise communication skills
  • Confident in presenting information in a clear and concise manner
  • Highly organized and reliable in seeing tasks through to completion
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
