Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing major projects up to £1m in value, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of major projects, including planning, coordination, and supervision of sub-contractors and technicians.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones with workers and address any concerns from clients to ensure solid working relationships.
- Manage projects, relationships, and client servicing, ensuring all information is captured accurately and up-to-date.
- Oversee the management of database and all administration relating to projects, ensuring compliance with robust processes.
Requirements:
- Supervisory or line management experience is essential for this role.
- Significant experience within the construction industry with demonstrable success.
- A stable and solid work history.
- A proactive, team-oriented, positive, and helpful individual is required for this role.
- Strong organizational skills and people management skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
