Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. This is a brand-new permanent vacancy due to growth, and we can offer impressive career development opportunities.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be based in our bright and modern offices, working within a supportive team to assist with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling work diaries and booking in customer appointments.
  • Responding to all incoming calls and emails.
  • Receiving and processing relevant information in relation to repairs.
  • Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.
  • General administration tasks and providing support to the team.

Previous office experience is a bonus, but not essential. Our client is happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing to grow within an administrative role.
