We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Support Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment breakdowns and repairs are scheduled and completed on time, and callouts are responded to within agreed timescales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all service breakdowns and repairs are scheduled, ensuring all paperwork is sent out to engineers
  • Raising sourcing and pricing requests for parts
  • Issuing customer quotations for call outs and parts
  • Assisting with the management of the email inbox as well as answering incoming calls
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications
  • Strong attention to detail
Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary:

Up to £30k per annum depending on experience + private medical insurance, 25 days holidays + bank holidays and team and social events
