Job Title: Team Administrator/Planner
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator/Planner to join our team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
- Respond to customer calls and confirm appointments
- Update the system and records
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Administration experience, with scheduling experience desirable
- Diary management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong IT skills
