We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Specialist to join our clients team in Quedgeley.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the growth of our client's business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work schedules, managing customer appointments, handling incoming calls and emails, ordering parts and supplies, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work schedules and manage customer appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with prompt and accurate responses
  • Order parts and supplies as requested by the engineering teams
  • Support the wider team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an office-based administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Prior experience in scheduling would be beneficial
