We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Quedgeley. This role is office based, Monday - Friday working 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, including both external and internal communications
- Process and manage data in the company CRM system and other relevant software
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and filed correctly
- Maintain customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their concerns and resolving any issues
- Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
