About the Role

This Customer Support Coordinator position is a great chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating service schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service when communicating with clients.
  • Record and manage customer interactions and service requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Liaise between clients, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage emails and support tickets professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of care and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Competent with basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively.
