We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities and Administration Manager to join our team in Leeds. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • You'll be responsible for managing the facilities team, developing and implementing new processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
  2. Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Manage and onboard supplier relationships for catering, travel, events, and staff welfare.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and hospitality for the studio and visitors.
  5. Support external and internal company events and employee activities.
  6. Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Admin or related field.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and use of databases.
