Facilities and Administration Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities and Administration Manager to join our team in Leeds. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role- This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- You'll be responsible for managing the facilities team, developing and implementing new processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead the facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and onboard supplier relationships for catering, travel, events, and staff welfare.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and hospitality for the studio and visitors.
- Support external and internal company events and employee activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Admin or related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and use of databases.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
