Triton Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Professional to be based in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch facilities support and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate building and installation maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee operational FM services, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate site-related risks, supporting business continuity initiatives.
  • Lead local project management for capital projects and small initiatives independently.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including soliciting quotes and managing 3rd-party suppliers.
  • Conduct thorough building audits to pinpoint maintenance needs and ensure compliance with H&S standards.
  • Track maintenance services, asset renewal, and spare parts availability.
  • Ensure enforcement of norms, regulations, and internal H&S procedures.
  • Manage stock and stores of facility & office supplies.
  • Support Safety and Security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department on management standards.
  • Be available to respond to after-hours alarms or coordinate activities when required.
  • Participate in FM services contract negotiations and technology implementation.
  • Support various committees and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Initiative and problem-solving skills are necessary for success.
  • Compliance with rules and regulations is critical.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team is vital.
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Office and preferably SAP, are necessary.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
