IT Support and Facilities Professional

About the role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support and Facilities Professional to join a technology-focused financial services organisation based in Leeds City Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st to 3rd line IT support to over 350 end-users, ensuring ongoing service levels are maintained to ITIL standards. Key duties will include liaising with outsourced service providers, procurement of IT-related hardware/software/licenses, and configuration and testing of Tablet PCs and software.
In addition to IT responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in facilities-related tasks such as ensuring head office is operational, allocation and audit of security passes, maintenance/servicing of all systems, and facilitating office upgrades/improvements.
Key skills and qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with exceptional organisational and personal skills from a general IT background. A strong GCSE/A level and/or IT degree would be beneficial, but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
