Facilities Coordinator Specialist

About the RoleTriton Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Wetherby, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, maintenance, and logistics.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders regarding facilities support and services.
- Manage and coordinate all facilities services, including maintenance work orders, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement efficient systems for building and installation maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with facilities teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management, maintenance, or logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent English language skills.
