About the Role

Triton Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Wetherby, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, maintenance, and logistics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders regarding facilities support and services.
  • Manage and coordinate all facilities services, including maintenance work orders, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for building and installation maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with facilities teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management, maintenance, or logistics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluent English language skills.
