Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and contractors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage facilities and vendor services, coordinating building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Support office operations by handling general administrative duties, including answering calls, booking travel, purchasing supplies, and maintaining organized records.
  • Oversee business administration, preparing payroll timesheets, managing vehicle leasing, coordinating contracts, and scheduling training sessions.
  • Provide financial assistance by sending customer invoices, managing credit control, approving supplier payments, and checking expenses.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential for efficient task management and reporting. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
