Administrative Support Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Administrator to join our team at HOERBIGER UK & IEP.
Job Summary:This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves coordinating business support functions, including facilities management, sales and service support.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and Assist: Provide a professional and friendly experience to visitors, customers, and contractors.
- Manage Facilities & Vendor Services: Coordinate building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors to ensure a productive workspace.
- Support Office Operations: Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, booking travel, purchasing supplies, and maintaining organized records.
- Oversee Business Administration: Prepare payroll timesheets, manage vehicle leasing, coordinate contracts, and schedule training sessions.
- Financial Assistance: Send customer invoices, manage credit control, approve supplier payments, and check expenses.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Ensure proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for efficient task management and reporting.
This role offers:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
