About This Role

We are looking for a talented Business Administrator to join our team at HOERBIGER UK & IEP.

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves coordinating business support functions, including facilities management, sales and service support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and Assist: Provide a professional and friendly experience to visitors, customers, and contractors.
  • Manage Facilities & Vendor Services: Coordinate building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors to ensure a productive workspace.
  • Support Office Operations: Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, booking travel, purchasing supplies, and maintaining organized records.
  • Oversee Business Administration: Prepare payroll timesheets, manage vehicle leasing, coordinate contracts, and schedule training sessions.
  • Financial Assistance: Send customer invoices, manage credit control, approve supplier payments, and check expenses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Ensure proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for efficient task management and reporting.

This role offers:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills
