We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of the Purchasing and Facilities department, you will provide first-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders by efficiently managing various administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing Purchasing & Facilities in the office and providing assistance to colleagues as needed
  • Serving as a designated fire warden and first aid trained team member based in the office
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Administering risk assessments for our office hubs and teams based on client sites
  • Potential opportunity to participate in our Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with service desk environments is desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT literacy, including MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • A willingness to travel within the UK

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of office and remote work days.

You can expect a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
