We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Office Administrator to join our hepatology admin team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clerical and administrative services for the department and community liver health check (CLHC) team based at St James hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full and effective administrative and clerical support service to the hepatology department and the CLHC team. This includes inputting data onto the departmental database system, producing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have good keyboarding skills, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to work individually as well as part of a larger team. Knowledge of hospital patient administration systems is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

This is a full-time position, but we would consider part-time hours for suitable candidates. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
