Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and contractors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including answering calls, booking travel, and maintaining organized records.
  • Prepare payroll timesheets, manage vehicle leasing, coordinate contracts, and schedule training sessions.
  • Send customer invoices, manage credit control, approve supplier payments, and check expenses.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
